How does Wave work?

With Wave, your identity is your ticket. From fast passes to the hottest venues to tickets for concerts, after-parties, and events, Wave is your passport to nightlife. To use a Wave Pass, head to the front of the line and tell the bouncer you're a Wave VIP to skip the wait. For standard event tickets, simply present your ID to the door staff after waiting in the appropriate line. 

What happens to my personal data?

Your personal data is always protected by Wave. We use the highest security standards and take your privacy seriously. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy. Identity verification through Wave is powered by our partner Patronscan, the leading global identity solutions company, and they protect your personal data with the same, or greater, care that we do. 

Can I request a refund?

Yes. Refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to to request a refund. Include your full name, username, date of purchase of the pass or ticket, venue name, and the reason for the refund request. We'll be in touch shortly.
